What members are here to do
Help customers discover suitable partner products and services. Explain offers accurately, disclose your commercial relationship and use the approved referral link. Customers should understand what they are buying regardless of whether they ever become affiliates.
Before your first promotion
- Read the current agreement, privacy information, this handbook and the programme-specific rules.
- Check the offer is available in the customer's country and that your description matches the partner's current terms.
- State the affiliate relationship clearly near your recommendation, for example: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.” Do not claim the price is unchanged unless verified.
- Explain relevant costs, restrictions and cancellation terms. Do not promise savings, results, income or approval you cannot substantiate.
Your account, age and address
You must be 18 or older, or meet a higher local minimum age. Keep one account in your own name, and only one affiliate account holder at your residential address. Different partner programmes use the same ClubAffili account. Never use an adult's account for a minor, create an account for someone else, borrow credentials or complete someone else's acceptance or identity check. Send the invitation link and let the eligible person register themselves.
Report an address change that conflicts with the one-address rule. Do not change the spelling of an address or use a nominee to bypass it. Distinct, independently occupied flats with distinct full addresses are separate addresses; a shared internet connection alone does not establish a violation.
No self-referrals
Do not use your own link or code for your own purchases or signups, or route them through a second account, business you control or someone acting for you. Do not arrange reciprocal purchases to manufacture referral credit. Your own purchases do not earn referral commissions or count toward qualifying network volume and rank. Report accidental attribution so ClubAffili can correct it.
Verification and consequences
ClubAffili can request a justified identity, age, address or payout-ownership check at any stage, even if you have been checked before. Respond through the designated secure process within the stated period and ask support about alternative evidence if needed. Never send an ID document to your sponsor or an informal group chat. Never share a password, wallet seed phrase or verification code.
Abuse can result in restricted access, disabled links, reversal of ineligible rewards or account closure. Unresolved verification may pause participation or affected payouts. You can ask for human review of an error; closure does not automatically erase unrelated valid earnings. Do not open a new account to evade a restriction.
No pay-to-qualify or recruitment promises — proposed mandatory rule
Never say someone must buy a package, subscribe, stake tokens or purchase training to unlock ordinary affiliate earning rights. Never charge another member for joining your network. Do not manufacture volume with self-funded, circular or sham transactions, or pressure others to buy to maintain a rank.
Do not advertise recruiting people as the product. If a programme includes team-based commissions, explain exactly which genuine qualifying transactions fund them. Do not describe a network position as an asset that guarantees returns. A binary structure or several commission levels does not by itself settle the model's legal classification.
Optional staking and financial products must remain within their separate approved materials and local restrictions. Do not promise guaranteed yield, risk-free returns or legal/regulatory approval.
Truthful earnings communication
Use only approved claims supported by reliable evidence. Avoid lifestyle imagery, screenshots or “passive income” statements that imply typical outcomes without substantiation. Sales volume is not personal earnings; gross commissions are not profit after expenses. Do not imply effort alone ensures success.
Respectful outreach
Identify yourself and the business you represent. Use only lawfully sourced contact information and the approved channel and recipient rules. Publicly visible contact details are not universal permission to send marketing. Do not scrape member lists, buy unverified mailing lists, add people to groups without permission or ignore opt-outs. Escalate uncertainty before sending.
Protect people's information
Use member and customer information only for the authorised task. Do not export downline contact lists for unrelated promotions or share another tenant's records. Never send account screenshots, names, emails, wallet addresses or individual transaction histories to prospective partners as proof of success. Request approved anonymous reports instead. Do not upload personal data to unapproved AI or analysis tools.
Mistakes, complaints and leaving
Correct inaccurate promotions promptly. Report suspected fraud, data exposure or misleading recruitment using the published support route. Preserve relevant evidence securely, without circulating it in group chats. ClubAffili may investigate and restrict programme access fairly under the terms; members can challenge errors. Leaving does not remove valid outstanding payment claims or applicable confidentiality duties.
